The staff at this guesthouse were incredibly friendly and always available to help with any requests or directions. The meals served in the dining room were delicious and the quality of the food was excellent. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with everything you need in one place. The location was also great, only a short walk from the main road and with easy access to all the attractions.
The stay was quite short and I would have loved to stay longer to fully enjoy the guesthouse. there were no specific negatives or downsides to mention about this experience.

Welcoming, kind, caring, friendly hosts. Clean, tidy, well-organized guest house. Comfy beds, soft towels. Fantastic breakfast, well-presented. Great value for money. Convenient location for attractions. Attentive service.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Great value and location! Rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely touches like fresh milk and biscuits. The breakfast had lots of choices and filled us up for the day ahead. We especially enjoyed the friendly service and the fact that the owners made an effort to reserve a parking space for us.
The Wi-Fi was a bit weak on the upper floors, and the shower instructions were a bit confusing.

I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was so close to everything but in a nice quiet area. The hotel had its own parking space, which was a huge convenience. I didn't need to use my car at all as the hotel was within walking distance to all the attractions, including the seafront and the famous tower. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast served was delicious.
Nothing, everything was great.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in a residential street just opposite the south pier, only a short walk away from the beach. The rooms are well-equipped and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. The friendly and welcoming service provided by the owners is top-notch, and the breakfast options are plentiful and delicious.
The private bathroom is not located next to the rooms, requiring guests to walk along the corridor and down a couple of stairs.

I recently stayed at a guesthouse in the South of Blackpool and had a fantastic time. The location on a quiet street just behind the promenade was ideal, with a tram stop just across the road along the seafront. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room had all the basic amenities I needed, including a Freeview LCD flat screen TV. And the highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast they served every morning - it really set me up for the day!
Everything was just perfect.

The hotel's location on a quiet street in the South of Blackpool was ideal. Just off Waterloo Road, with a tram stop conveniently across the road along the seafront, it offered easy access to the bustling areas while providing a peaceful retreat.
All was perfect, nothing to complain about!
